I have been curious about acupuncture for over a decade, and regular treatments – particularly in community acupuncture settings – have helped me to shift painful emotional patterns and move through very challenging periods in my life.

I graduated with a Diploma of Acupuncture from Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2023, and am licensed with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario.

My goal is for acupuncture sessions with me to feel curious and collaborative, and to leave you feeling grounded and well resourced
